What can be published
First-hand feedback about a product, catalogue enquiry, support interaction or delivery experience can be considered. The submission must use the customer's own words and any photo must be customer-owned or supplied with permission.
What “Order checked” means
The private order or quote reference was matched to a record available to the site operator. It does not mean that every opinion or product claim in the review has been independently proven. A review without a matched record is labelled “Customer submitted”.
Moderation and balance
Positive and negative reviews are assessed under the same rules. A review may be withheld for privacy, abuse, copied content, conflicts of interest, unlawful claims or inability to establish that the submitter had the stated interaction. The site does not purchase reviews or copy feedback from competitor sites.
Images and privacy
Customer images are optional. Faces, addresses, tracking codes, payment details, phone numbers and chat identities should be removed. The site may redact or decline an image. Customers may use Contact Us to withdraw permission for future display.
Current evidence status
Legacy screenshots currently available to the operator do not contain enough product, order, date and consent information to be published as verified reviews. They remain offline until the missing evidence is supplied.
