Information collected

The enquiry form can collect your name, business name, email, optional phone, city or postcode, state or territory, product interest, quantity, purchase context and message. A review submission can also collect a public display name, private email, private order or quote reference, rating, review text and optional customer photo. Submissions are stored as private WordPress records while they are assessed.

Use and disclosure

Information is used to respond to enquiries, identify products or support issues, verify the relationship behind a review and maintain an accountable record. A review is published only when publication consent is recorded. The private email and order or quote reference are not displayed. Hosting, email and security providers may process technical or message data as required to operate the service.

Customer photos and redaction

Review photos should not contain faces, addresses, tracking numbers, payment details or chat identities. The operator may crop, redact or decline an image before publication. Uploading a photo does not guarantee that it will be published.

Retention and access

A verified retention period and privacy contact address have not yet been supplied by the operator. Use the contact form to request access, correction, withdrawal of review consent or deletion, identifying the original submission without sending additional sensitive data.

Cookies and age acknowledgement

The site uses browser storage to remember the adult-content acknowledgement and may use essential WordPress or WooCommerce cookies. No marketing subscription is currently offered.
